We build websites and the systems behind them

BI-Enterprises began with the booking, pricing and reporting systems we built for our own car rental network. We now design and build the same calibre of tools for businesses in Greece and across Europe.

About the company

We are a small, senior team. Every project is designed and built by the people you speak to, and we take on only the work we can deliver to a standard we would accept for our own businesses.

In practice this means three things. You deal directly with the people doing the work. We advise against spending where it is not justified. And every document, from the proposal to the invoice, is issued in Greek and English side by side, because our clients' accountants and legal advisers regularly require both.

Our approach
Services

Five areas of work

Most engagements begin with one of these. Many extend to two or three connected together, which is where the operational savings are found.

Fast, well-structured websites that present a business clearly on every device.

  • WordPress as standard, so the client can edit content independently
  • Greek, English and any further languages required
  • Hosting, backups and updates on our managed servers
  • Repair, migration and performance work on existing sites

Shopify and WooCommerce stores configured so that orders, stock and invoicing require no manual intervention.

  • Shopify and WooCommerce
  • Conversion tracking configured correctly from the outset
  • Advertising setup and management where required
  • Pre-launch registration pages and subscription models

The repetitive administrative work carried out by hand today, transferred to systems that run on their own.

  • Orders, invoices and payment reconciliation
  • Forms, CRM and email connected
  • Customer notifications and reminders
  • n8n, APIs and purpose-built scripts

Business figures consolidated on one screen that updates itself, in place of exports assembled in spreadsheets.

  • Sales, pricing and occupancy dashboards
  • Competitor price monitoring
  • Scheduled reports delivered by email
  • A clean, documented database underneath

Purpose-built applications for requirements that no standard product serves adequately.

  • Member areas and subscription communities
  • Booking and reservation platforms
  • Internal tools for operations teams
  • Bots and integrations for Discord and Telegram
Approach

How an engagement proceeds

One conversation, one written proposal, then delivery. No hourly billing and no open-ended discovery phases.

01

Initial conversation

A short call in which you describe the requirement and the current difficulty. We give an honest view on whether we are the right team for it. On occasion we are not, and we say so.

02

Written proposal

A fixed scope and a fixed price, issued in Greek and English. The price changes only when the scope changes at your request.

03

Delivery and support

You see the work as it progresses rather than at the end. After launch we continue to host, maintain and improve it, with the same people and the same point of contact.

Technology

Built on a stack we would choose for ourselves

WordPress, Shopify and Webflow where they fit. Python and PostgreSQL where something specific is needed. n8n for the connections between them, and servers in the EU that we run ourselves. We have written it all down, layer by layer.

Commercial terms

Three ways of working

Fixed price

The basis for most of our work. A single agreed price for a defined result, confirmed in writing before work begins. Suited to websites, e-commerce stores and self-contained tools.

Monthly retainer

Hosting, updates, minor changes and support for a fixed monthly fee, terminable at any time.

Fee and revenue share

For e-commerce and product launches: a reduced monthly fee combined with a percentage of online revenue. We propose this structure only where we are confident the product will perform, since our own return depends on it.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

What does a website cost?

It depends on the number of pages, the languages required and whether there is a store behind it. Following a short call we issue a written proposal with a single fixed price. We do not bill by the hour.

How long does a project take?

A typical business website is live within a few weeks of the initial conversation. E-commerce stores and custom applications take longer. The proposal includes a delivery date, and if it is at risk you will hear it from us first.

Is BI-Enterprises a Greek or a British company?

The company is Bogdan Group LTD, registered in England and Wales, trading as BI-Enterprises. The team is Greek and the majority of our clients are in Greece and Cyprus. We invoice in euros or pounds sterling, as your accountant prefers.

Who owns the website on completion?

The client. On payment of the final invoice, the website, its content and any code written for it belong to you. Should you wish to move it elsewhere, we assist with the transfer.

Can you take over an existing website?

Yes, and we frequently do. We review the site first, advise whether repair or rebuild is the better course, and provide a price for either.

Do you provide hosting?

Yes. Most client sites are hosted on our managed servers with daily backups and SSL. Clients who prefer to retain their own hosting may do so.

When are you not the right choice?

If the priority is the lowest possible price and the site's performance in a year's time is not a concern, there are faster and cheaper options. If the site needs to keep working when a second language, a store or a new location is added, we are likely the right choice.

Describe your requirement

A few lines are sufficient. The first response is an assessment of the requirement, not a sales pitch.
