These terms do not govern the services we provide to clients, which are governed exclusively by the written proposal and agreement signed with each client.

The content of the Website is provided for general information about BI-Enterprises and its services. It does not constitute an offer capable of acceptance, a binding quotation or professional advice. Prices, timelines and features mentioned are indicative. A binding agreement is formed only when a written proposal or contract is accepted by both parties.

Results, figures and statistics presented in case studies relate to specific projects and circumstances and are not a promise of similar results.

Screenshots, names, logos and other materials of client projects are shown with the aim of presenting our work and remain the property of the respective clients and rights holders. Their display does not grant you any licence to use them.

You may view and print pages for your personal or internal business information. Any other use, in particular commercial reproduction, adaptation or distribution, requires our prior written permission.

6. Availability and accuracy

We take reasonable care to keep the Website accurate, up to date and available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components. We may amend these terms at any time by publishing a new version on this page, with the date of the last update. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so.

These terms and any dispute arising from them or from the use of the Website are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
